All orders ship from Mumbai via Shiprocket.

• Prepaid orders: 3–6 business days
• Cash on delivery: 4–8 business days
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders
• COD orders: ₹50 shipping fee

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

To start a return, email hello@theothertype.com with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please reorder in the correct size and start a return on the original.
