Every piece is made for you, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Production begins the moment you order.

Dispatch Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.

Delivery 5–8 business days from the date of order. Metro cities typically arrive sooner; remote pincodes may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on Delivery is available on select pincodes.

Tracking A tracking link is emailed the moment your order dispatches. Can't find it? Check spam, or write to hello@theothertype.com with your order number.

Delays We ship with reputed courier partners. Weather, festivals, and regional disruptions can occasionally affect transit — we'll keep you informed if anything changes.
